Community Health Solutions
The Elevation Platform

Our pioneering Elevation Platform enables our clients to collaborate  for community health improvement while building the capacity of  their own organization.

The Elevation Platform is a blended support model of web-based resources, group  events, peer learning, and individual coaching.  It can be used to support collaborative capacity building, project development, project execution, or project evaluation.

The Elevation Platform can be  customized and branded to meet the needs  of virtually any group of people committed to building their capacity for community health improvement.  Participants in one our Elevation Projects share knowledge, tools, data, training, networking, and coaching.

One of the best things about the Elevation Platform is the demonstrable return on investment.   The shared platform enables us to deliver extraordinary value at an affordable unit cost.  As we and our clients work together to create solutions to challenging problems, our expanding knowledge base is captured on the web for all members to share.  Consequently, the value of the particular project appreciates steadily over time.  That value is there for all to see, including funders and participants.
